An Olympus Dictaphone is required to enable your letters to be typed by our in-house team o If you are completing multiple clinics per week, Medical Objects is highly recommended to enable encrypted referral receipt & letter distribution. If required, the software licence and annual renewal fees will be charged at cost. If not, there is no fee payableo If remote access is required to the clinical records, a Genie Solutions software licence set up and annual renewal fee will be charged at cost. If not, there is no fee payableo Business cards, if required, can be provided utilising our existing design, card, colours, font etc. and will be charged at cost
